Normally special orders don't upset us, but this time were not BK. Sorry, no special requests. Well close our eyes, reach into the bin and pull out the first (5) assorted we can get our hands around. Weve got an eclectic mix of electronic and radionic tubes from brands like RCA, Slyvania, Raytheon, Standard Brand, Philco, Westinghouse, GE, Tung-Sol and Lindal. And they all look super-cool. Some are super expensive and some are run of the mill. These are new old stock. Great Ebay items! (Multiple orders in a short time may result in same assortment.)

You've seen cords on lightspull the cord, turn on the ceiling lightright? Well, this is the reverse. Tie the cord onto something on the ceiling, pull the bulb on the bottom and it lights up. Seems backwards, because it is, but it somehow makes sense when you want the light on the end of the rope, not on the ceiling, and don't you think you've been doing things right-side-up for long enough? Bulb is 40 lumens, cool white for indoors, and runs on (3) AAA batteries that the manufacturer didn't include.

Okay, theyre just strips of metal, but CJ says one of each and a grapefruit will get you at least a C at the science fair. The copper electrode is 100mm long x 18mm wide x .8mm thick (3.94" x .7" x.041). The zinc electrode is 4 long x 3/4 wide x .027 thick and stamped ZN. And both of them are awfully useful for crafters and jewelry makers, too.

If so, you might understand this circuit board originally from an HVAC controller. Maybe better to have an artistic brainstorm and repurpose this pretty little thing. Might be fun to use as a part on a faux robot. (Fauxbot!) Measures 2" x 5-3/4" with a 2-digit alphanumeric display, (14) green LEDs, (9) push-button switches, a 12-pin connector with multicolor leads, and, because it is true surplus, no wiring diagram.

Rated for 10A at 250VAC, these normally closed thermal fuses will pop at 128C or 262F. The fuses themselves are 1/2" long but yours will be wired into leads of assorted lengths, because they were betooken out of coffeemakers of some sort. Never been popped, though, because then they would be useless and who'd buy 'em?

These high-end valve assemblies are medical take-outs from Lee Industries, but thats all we know except that they look really expensive and fancy and high-quality, and are probably worth much more than were selling them for. Each has a 3VDC 275mA 2-phase stepper motor into a 5-250uL valve housing with a 5-pin connector that hooks up to (3) Omron infrared-based photomicro sensors. Theres what looks like a 4-pin encoder on top, as well as a 1/16 barb. Lee part # LPVX0520750CA.

best milling media and where to buy it? - newbie questions - apc forum

As far as the life expectancy of lead balls, I have had the same media in my mill for six batches of BP. Some of them have gotten visibly smaller but are still useable. It's kind of funny that they don't all wear at the same rate, but that's what I have noticed. What I've been considering doing is buying a 50 caliper bullet mold and melting down the balls when they get too small and recasting them. I think bearing grade bronze would make great milling media, unfortunately it's very pricey.

I run 2 pounds of BP and/or KNO3 star comps with hardened lead. I think the greater mass of the lead versus stainless steel or ceramic should cut run times. I've noticed no size problems. I would be interested if anyone has used lead and ceramic in ball mills for the same purpose and what differences they observed.

My understanding of zirconia, again from not having used any media (yet!), is that the weight and hardness form a trade off that is a slight improvement in timing, but more important could be easier on motors for longer lasting mills.

ceramic ball mill for sale | buy ceramic ball mill machine with good performance

The ceramic ball mill uses a ceramic material liner, and ceramic alumina balls are used as grinding media. It is the key ball grinding mill equipment for fine grinding after the ceramic glaze is coarsegrinding. The ceramic ball mill machine is widely used for the dry or wet grinding of the ceramic glaze mineral raw materials, such as feldspar, quartz, talc, kaolin, etc.

Due to its small capacity, the ceramic ball mill generally has a loading capacity of 0.05-15 tons/time. It belongs to asmall ball mill, so it is generally used in small batch production during product trial production.

In recent years, the ceramic ball mill machine has not only improved its production capacity and crushing efficiency, but also expanded its application range. From limestone to basalt, from stone production to various ore crushing, the ceramic ball mill can provide high milling performance in various medium crushing, fine crushing, and ultra-fine crushing operations.

As one of the high-quality ceramic ball mill suppliers, in order to match the needs of customers with larger production, we have launched a ceramic ball mill machine with a single charge of 40 tons. The size of the ceramic ball mill barrel is 36007000mm, the barrel rotation speed is 13r/min, and the installed power is 160KW, which has been praised by many customers with large production needs.

The ceramic ball mill media is the same as that of the liner, which is made of alumina ceramics. According to the different grinding materials, the grinding medium can also be made of quartz or silex. As the ceramic ball mill media, ceramic alumina balls have the advantages of low wear, high hardness, high density, and low cost, which can maximize the purity of the crushed materials and obtain high grinding efficiency.

The ceramic alumina balls in the ceramic ball mill machine is generally added to three to four different specifications, which is related to the feed and discharge particle size and the speed of theball milling machine. When only dispersing the material, only one type of ceramic alumina ball can be added. The proportion of grinding ball is related to the grinding method of the ceramic ball mill. The ratio of large balls, medium balls, and small balls in dry and wet ceramic ball mill is also different.

In the grinding process of dry ceramic ball mill machine, the function of large and small ceramic alumina ball is different. Relatively speaking, the large ceramic alumina ball is beneficial to the impact effect, while the small ball is beneficial to the grinding effect. When the ratio of the grinding ball is reasonable, the higher bulk density can be obtained. Therefore, the reasonable ratio of large and small balls is an important factor affecting the efficiency of dry ceramic ball mill machine.

For the wet ceramic ball mill, because of the participation of liquid, the material is crushed by grinding rather than impact. Therefore, the amount of large ceramic alumina balls should be appropriately reduced, and small and medium balls should be added to ensure a good grinding effect. The initial grinding ball ratio of wet ceramic ball mill machine is generally 30% for large ceramic alumina balls, 40% for medium balls and 30% for small balls.

As a ball mills supplier with 22 years of experience in the grinding industry, we can provide customers with types of ball mill, vertical mill, rod mill and AG/SAG mill for grinding in a variety of industries and materials.
