Fluorite (also called fluorspar) is a halide mineral composed of calcium fluoride, CaF2. It is an isometric mineral with a cubic habit, though octahedral and more complex isometric forms are not uncommon. Fluorite is the main industrial source of fluorine, which is widely used in aerospace, refrigeration, medicine, and anti-corrosion, and fire, electrical, mechanical and nuclear fields. Fluorite optics is also usable in the far-ultraviolet range where conventional glasses are too absorbent for use.
Fluorite ore crushing process is a system process. The original ore will be translated by vibrating feeder that feeding jaw crusher in primary crushing. After primary crushing, the big fluorite ore will be crushed into 20-50mm. After the primary crushing of fluorite ore is fed into the crushing machine in secondary crushing. After second crushing, the fluorite ore will be crushed into 3-5mm, and 60% - 90% of the total, and a ball mill can enter the two-stage crushing ore grinding operation. The ball mill is generally composed of a closed-loop and spiral classifier, ball mill after grinding the material into the classifier for classification. The qualified fine ore into the next process, coarse ore failed to return a ball mill for grinding.
