Use of a cast aluminum slipper makes sure all the power is being transferred to the wheels and not wasted spitting dirt... unless you are into that! Add to this the 3-speed automatic transmission with ideal gear ratios to keep these twin monsters in their peak torque range and you have a winner. As soon as the throttle is opened, you can feel the instant acceleration and power right up to top speed. Kyosho invites you to try the most powerful monster truck on the market and experience torque and power like you've never felt before! Loaded with two GS26 engines. Center-divided shaft driven 4WD + 3-Speed Automatic Transmission. 3-channel radio makes reversing possible. Main components (3-speed transmission, Diff., Reversing Transmission, Clutch etc.) are all factory assembled. Complete the body by simply painting and applying decals. Patent pending! 3mm thick aluminum main chassis plate + reinforced resin side frames in high-rigidity chassis. Suspension system that supports that sub-frame and improves the chassis' overall rigidity. Equipped with slipper clutch that protects the power train and delivers optimal traction. A front-mid mounted engine realizes almost perfect 50 : 50 weight distribution. The concentration of mass produces the agility and sharp acceleration capability. Equipped with 29 precision ball bearings throughout the drive system. High efficiency transfer of engine power straight to the ground. Tuned pipe to draw maximum power from the engine is a standard feature on each engine. Also able to be fitted with the optional rubber silencer for increased noise suppression. Equipped with specially designed air cleaner with air scoop that keeps both engines running smoothly and prevents contamination. Twin oil shocks fitted on each wheel support the 4-wheel double-wishbone suspension. Die-cast brake caliper produces reliable and effective braking. Front steering knuckle has near 0 offset so standard high-torque servos can deliver plenty of torque for the steering. Equipped with special radio box with separate compartments for receiver and batteries. Choose either a 3-channel 3-servo radio system, or a 2-channel 2-servo radio system for cars. An FM radio system is recommended for safety, and a PCM system is recommended for high performance. If using a 2-channel radio system, the reverse function cannot be used. If using a 3-channel radio system, a wheel-type transmitter is recommended. This is because precise control of the reverse function cannot always be achieved with stick-type transmitters. Use a steering servo and throttle servo with at least 90 oz.-in. of torque. Also, servo lead lengths on some brands are shorter than others. If the lead is too short, use an extension lead sold by each manufacturer. Minimum lengths for servo leads are as follows: Steering Servo : 280mm / 11 in. (min.) Throttle Servo : 190mm / 7.5 in. (min.) Reverse Servo : 170mm /6.75 in. (min.)
