The best time to get a haircut is about 2 weeks before picture day. Remember that you want your student to look like him or herself in their picture, so we dont recommend trying anything new with their hair.

Most often, your schools PTA or PTO will recruit volunteers to assist on picture day. These volunteers check every child for straight collars, clean faces, and well-groomed hair. Our thoughtful photographers then double-check every student for grooming and cleanliness before they take a picture. Rod Bolten Photography provides a disposable comb for every student (which is immediately thrown away after its first use). Rod Bolten professional photographers will pose your child with the attention and care that creates a quality portrait.

There will be a $5.00 resitting fee for other than stated reasons. Your school will notify you of reshoot date or you can call us at 201 445 9355 to find out when your photo make up day is or simply drop us an e-mail. [emailprotected]

Compare the photos in your package with the portion of your order envelope you kept. If the quantity and size of photos do not match, or if you cant remember exactly what you ordered, e-mail [emailprotected]us any time with your question, or call us at 201-445-9355.

We are excited to offer students the opportunity to participate in Dater Schools Fourth Grade and Fifth Grade Chorus. This is a great opportunity for young singers to explore their interest by learning new vocal skills and exciting songs, and by performing with other students who share their passion for music. We hope that your child will consider being part of this program.

We ask that students who choose to participate in the Chorus make a commitment to the ensemble. Without regular attendance by all involved, it will be difficult for the group to make progress and reach its full potential. Students who sign up for chorus are expected to attend EVERY rehearsal, unless they have a valid reason for missing. Students with more than 3 unexcused rehearsal absences may not be able to participate in the performance opportunities.

Rehearsals will mostly be held each Thursday after school from 2:50pm-3:40pm, beginning Thursday, December 5th.A complete rehearsal calendar can be found on the reverse of this letter, on the Dater PTO website or Mr. Bogerts classroom site.

The chorus will have multiple performances this year, including the Dater Holiday Sing & Spring Concert, and the Ramsey District Choral Collage. They will also attend the band and chorus picnic, and possibly participate in some other special events during the year.
