Rotary Drum Dryer Introduction Rotary Drum Dryer is a kind of internal heating conduction drying machine.It is widely used in food industry, chemical industry, pharmaceuticals industry, etc. In fertilizer production, it main application is to dry compound and organic fertilizer granules, and is installed behind fertilizer granulator. After drying, the humidity of fertilizer granules will decrease from 20%-30% to 2%-5% and for bio-organic fertilizer, the moisture content will decrease to 10%. With ideal drying effect and high efficiency, rotary drying machine is the best choice for mass compound fertilizer production. Working Principle of Fertilizer Drying Equipment When the machine starts working, since the drum is slightly tilted, the wet materials flows into the hopper of the rotary drum dryer by belt conveyor or bucket elevator, meanwhile the hot air produced by the hot blast stove enters into the dryer drum, thus making the materials and the hot air mix completely. While the drying machine is rotating, the well-dried materials are collected from the other side and sent to the cooler by the belt conveyor.
Features of Organic Fertilizer Dryer Machine 1.High heating efficiency. Since the heat-transfer mechanism of this organic fertilizer dryer belongs to heat conduction, the conducting direction is concordant in the whole operating process, therefore most of the heat is used for drying except for the loss of heat radiation. The heating efficiency can reach 80%-90%. 2.High operation flexibility and wide application. Changing one of the many factors that affect drum drying, such as drum speed, material properties, the drying efficiency will be different.This advantage makes drying machine suitable for the different drying requirements and productivities of multiple materials. 3.Short Drying Time.
